Camille Ammoun
Camille Ammoun is a writer and political scientist. He studied economics and political science in Beirut, Paris, and Bologna, before spending ten years in Dubai working on issues related to urban sustainability and resilience. As a policy advisor, his work focuses on urban development, political economy and climate change. He explores psychogeography as a tool to engage with contemporary urban issues through literature and photography. He is a member of the International Writers’ House in Beirut (Beyt el Kottab) and teaches psychogeography at the Saint Joseph University of Beirut (USJ) and the Lebanese Academy of Fine Arts (ALBA).
