Clara Abi Nader
Clara Abi Nader's work is blending personal reflections with social commentary. After training at the Lebanese Academy of Fine Arts (ALBA), she moved to Paris in 2011, sparking a continuous dialogue between two worlds: the chosen path of immigration and the postponed return. Her art explores identity, the female body, and belonging, often blurring the lines between personal and political. In her "By the Window" series, she uses self-portraits to examine herself and the world outside, creating an intimate theater of everyday life. The photos capture moments of solitude, playfulness, and tenderness, freezing time in a soft, gentle light.
